Radar didn’t come from a startup incubator or a brainstorming session. It came from a year working in Mexico — traveling across the country, working from different places, meeting incredible people… and realizing how hard it was to connect naturally with the talent around me.
I spent a year working in Mexico for a large industrial company, moving from city to city, working from cafés, coworkings and temporary spaces. Everywhere I went, I kept seeing the same thing:
Brilliant people — designers, developers, founders, creatives, remote workers — all sitting just a few meters away from each other… but completely disconnected.
No easy way to know who was around. No natural icebreakers. No visibility of the talent right next to me.
When I returned to Spain, the idea became obvious: I wanted to build the tool I wish I had back then. Something that would reveal the talent sitting just two tables away.
